The Fund offers three levels of medical coverage—Gold, Silver, and Bronze —based on the terms of the collective bargaining agreement you are working under AND the number of hours worked during the applicable work period 

Gold Coverage

Gold benefits are provided through the Keystone Direct Point-of-Service (POS) plan.

Bronze Coverage

Bronze benefits are provided through the Keystone Health Plan East (HMO).

Silver Coverage

Silver benefits may be provided through either the Keystone Direct POS plan or the Keystone Health Plan East HMO, depending on your level of Silver eligibility.

Eligibility

Your coverage tier for each eligibility period is determined by the number of hours you work during the corresponding work period.
